HOW TO USE

Apply close to the upper and/or lower lash line and build gradually to your preferred definition.

For a more precise tip, twist the pencil to extend enough of the gel tip before using the integrated sharpener. Gently reshape the tip. Because this is a soft gel formula, the sharpener is designed to refine the shape rather than create a needle-sharp point.
