Shipping and Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy:

If a product is damaged or defective during delivery, we offer a 100% refund.

Timeframe: We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, starting from the day the item was received.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

with the subject line "Returns" and include your order number, name, and reason for return.

The seller will provide the customer with shipping instructions for the returned merchandise. Customers are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage when returning merchandise to avoid "lost package" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing them of the refund status.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.
